|Recommended: YesHalf Move In . — I didn’t received my mailing key upon arrival , most of the maintenance that was perform in the house is rigged so things are falling apart and I’ve only been here 5 days . I’ve been trying to call maintenance or somebody from main office and I am not getting any luck with it .

|Recommended: YesGood Overall, Some Things Frustrating — Overall it’s a good place to live. It’s significantly improved with new management with the grounds looking much nicer and rules being enforced. The walls to neighboring apartments are thinner than I would’ve liked and we can hear our neighbors yelling at all hours. The cigarette smoke smell from the other apartments also comes into ours so we have to have air purifiers on basically at all times. If we leave for a weekend our apartment smells when we get back. We still have many things on our initial maintenance list that were never even addressed. Our kitchen cabinet has a big hole in it, the fridge has two broken shelves and freezers our liquids. There’s a hole in our closet door. But then again, our apartment was so dirty and reeked so bad of cigarettes when we walked in and the previous manager said “yeah it’s bad but you should’ve smelled the weed” so I guess we should have known what we were getting into from the beginning. In general when you pay rent it’s frustrating when you have to live with these things for over a year, but I guess that’s just part of renting. Overall, we are happy and enjoy living here and will continue renting, so nothing has been bad enough that we’ve had to leave.
